Requirements for Black Owned Business Certification1

Definition of Black: Any person with "one drop" of "Black blood" by even one Black ancestor is considered Black or Negro.

51% or more of the company must be owned by one (1) or more people self-declaring "Black" heritage.
Company Must be Registered with State of Texas.
